Krissa Solorio has been in escrow since 2002.  She started her escrow career as a receptionist and quickly moved up the escrow ladder to an escrow assistant.

After a couple years of being an assistant, she became a Jr. Escrow Officer, where she remained for several years as she started a family. 

In 2021 she officially became an Escrow Officer and took on the responsibility of running her own desk where she managed and maintained a healthy workload.

She is proficient in Standard Sales, Short Sales, Refinances, Mobile Homes, Seller Carry backs, and Forestry Sales. Krissa prides herself on her fast turn times and knowledge of the escrow process.

Her number one goal is customer service! 

Tina Bravo started her escrow career in 1991, she is a seasoned Escrow Officer with over 30 years’ experience. She relishes in the complexity that some escrows require along with a little detective work.  She enjoys working with Agents, Buyers, Sellers, and Lenders, and loves being able to assist new home buyers on their journey to homeownership.

 Her number one goal is Customer Service.

 

She has three grown children and two grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family, enjoys puzzles, reading and going for walks and hikes. Her favorite place to visit is Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park.

 

Tina is proficient in Standard Sales, Short Sales, Refinances, Seller Carrybacks and FSBO.

As Vice President of Sales, Irene Villalobos is committed to assuring that all those who put their trust in Luxury Escrow receive the highest level of service and expertise. With over two decades of experience in the real estate and lending industries, Irene brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

 

Irene's comprehensive background in both the wholesale lending and escrow sectors, as well as her entrepreneurial experience as a Broker and in running processing and notary businesses, allows her first hand knowledge of client expectations and needs.

Irene is a native born Southern Californian and is a mother of three and a grandmother of six. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, travel, art, theatre/movies and giving back through volunteering her time to various organizations.

Joseph Singleton is an entrepreneur who has started, built, bought, and sold dozens of diverse businesses in several industries over the last 40 years. Joseph is currently the CEO of Luxury Escrow, Inc. which he started with his good friend in 2017.

 

Joseph was able to fulfill a lifetime dream of living in Italy a few years ago and created Casa Degli Angeli, a luxury country villa that also grows fruit, nuts, and olive oil.

 

Joseph was born in Los Angeles, grew up in Glendora, raised his four children in Chino and Upland, and now lives in Fermo Italy.
